Who are we?
My name is Shailo Weiss – feaster of food, drinker of drinks, bad singer of songs and (self-proclaimed funny) family man.
I just want to live my life sharing my food and tales, seeing people make memories and bond over what I can provide. To see a spark in their eyes and a laugh on their lips, to know I did that. That’s all we ever want, I guess: to be recognized.
